Return & Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Calixte Brands!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the order date.

An item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. Your return can be accepted without the original packaging.

Please reach out to calixtebrands@gmail.com to begin the return or exchange process. We accept returns by the date that you reach out, so even if there is a delay in response until after the 14 days, no worries, you are still eligible!

Shipping | The buyer will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Refunds | You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. 

Exchanges | We can do exchanges on products that are eligible for returns (within 14 days of delivery and unused).  The process will begin as a return, but we can start the exchange process once the return is returned to us. 

Please note you will be responsible for shipping the exchanged item. 

We will refund you or send you an invoice depending on the price difference between your original product and the one you hope to exchange. 

Once the invoice has been paid, we will ship out your exchanged order!
